Some features of the Service are also available at cyphernation.org. They are under the same Privacy Policy, as the content of cyphernation.org.

Service performs the functions to obtain information about users and their behavior in the following way:
a. By voluntarily entering information in forms.
b. By stored cookie files in the terminal devices (called "Cookies")
c. By collecting logs, web servers by web host.
d. In the case of purchase and registration process on the Website - by collecting the
following data: name, date of birth, company name, registered address, mailing address, email address, phone number. Providing these data is voluntary, but at the same time necessary for the registration and purchase through the Service.

The right of opposition.
The user has the right to object the processing of the personal data when:
a. The processing of the data is based on legitimate interest or for statistical purposes and the opposition is justified by particular situation,
b. Personal data is processed for marketing purposes and it’s profiled for these purposes.

Data deletion.
The user has the access to his data, has the right to rectify, delete or limit processing, the right to object, the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory entity. These rights can be used when:
a. regarding the request for data rectification: user data is incorrect or incomplete;
b. regarding the request for data deletion: data will no longer be necessary for the purposes they were collected for by the Service operator; the consent for data processing will be withdrawn; processing of the data will be objected; data will be processed unlawfully; the data should be deleted in order to fulfill the obligation resulting from the law or the data were collected in connection with the provision of electronic services offered to the child;
c. regarding the request to limit the processing of data: the data is incorrect - the user may demand the restriction of data processing for a period, when correctness of this data is checked; the data will be processed unlawfully, but the user doesn’t want it to be removed; the data will no longer be needed by the Service Operator but will be needed for the user to defend or claim;
d. regarding the request for transfer of data: the processing of user's data takes place on the basis of his consent or the contract concluded with them, when this processing is carried out automatically.
The User has the right to complain in relation to the processing of personal data by the
Service Operator to the supervisory entity, which is the General Inspector for Personal Data
Protection.

a. The Service uses cookies.
b. Cookies files (called. "Cookies") are computer data, in particular text files that are stored in the terminal equipment of the Service User and are intended for the use of the websites of the Service. Cookies typically contain the name of the website from which time store them on a terminal device and a unique number.
